Privacy Policy

Effective August 16, 2026. CoffeeBoy is operated by 28 Digital Studio. This policy explains the information collected through CoffeeBoy websites and event forms.

Information we collect

We collect the email address and interests you submit to the newsletter; the name, email, and selected event used for an RSVP; information included in a shop tip or owner inquiry; and basic product analytics when analytics is enabled. We do not sell personal information.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver requested updates, manage cowork sessions, review shop submissions, respond to partnership inquiries, prevent abuse, and understand which CoffeeBoy features are useful.

Service providers

When form collection is available, production records are stored with Supabase. Transactional email may be delivered by Resend, and newsletter contacts may also be synchronized to Kit. Hosting is provided by Vercel. Product analytics may be processed by PostHog. These providers process information only to deliver their services to CoffeeBoy.

Retention and choices

Newsletter records are retained until you unsubscribe. Event and submission records are retained as needed to operate and document the relevant event or review workflow. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@coffeeboy.app.
